You'll love this beautiful 4 BD/6 Bath home that sleeps up to 18, and includes your own PRIVATE Splash Pad, with access to resort pools, hot tub, and many other great amenities!



The spacious open floor plan, with a family room on each level, each with an adjoining patio, allows plenty of room for couples, families, and friends to spread out, visit, and relax after a full day of having fun!



The large modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your home away from home, to whip up those favorite family meals, while the adjoining dining area has seating for 18, plus a booster seat for the youngest guest. The covered patio comes equipped with a table, seating for 8, and a gas barbeque grill, creating a great place for your family to dine together, or spend an evening playing family games. The other patio in this home is upstairs, where one can sink into comfortable seating and take in the gorgeous views of the red rock mountains!



The sleeping accommodations start with the two master bedrooms. One of them is located on the main level, while the other is upstairs, along with the two other bedrooms. Both master bedrooms are furnished with a King bed, a TV, a large private bathroom, and plenty of storage space to accommodate your personal belongings. The beautiful 3rd bedroom, with a Queen bed, also has a TV, and a large private bathroom. Bedroom number 4 is often the favorite one with the kids, as it is a bunk room that sleeps 6 people! It has a twin bunk bed and a twin over queen bunk, with a twin trundle underneath. This fun bedroom also has its own TV and private bathroom.

Additional accommodations: There is a Queen size sleeper sofa on the main level, and two Queen blow-up mattresses upstairs, all with the necessary bedding. Included with this beautiful home is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as free and secure/private Wi-Fi, if you need to work away from home.

From the back door, take the short walk down the path to the shared pools, large hot tub, clubhouse, and fully equipped fitness room. One of the two pools is heated for use in the cooler months. These resort amenities are close enough to walk to, and yet far enough away to leave the noise behind. Additional parking is available close by, behind the house if more space is desired.



Behind Paradise Village is Archie Gubler Park, with sand volleyball, basketball hoops, pickleball courts, and a grassy area, with play equipment for the kids. Conveniently close by is a large Harmons Grocery Store and gas station.



If you choose to leave the property, there are many places to go and fun things to do, including nearby Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, just 3 miles away. Saint George is approximately 15 minutes away, and another 45 minutes from there to Zion National Park.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US

  • Coral Ridge is one of our favorite locations in the St George area! Our recent stay in the Around the World unit was great! Plenty of space; newer accommodations; tastefully decorated! We especially enjoyed the lawn area attached to this unit--not available with most other units. We were near the pool, playground, and sports court. Kids loved fishing at the nearby DWR pond! Location is a short drive to Washington City food, Costco, movies, parks, and groceries. Took a day trip to Zion N.P., and another to Snow Canyon. Working with the staff at Coral Ridge prop management made the whole stay easy! She was easily accessible and prompt with responses. We look forward to staying here again.

  • This condo is in a beautiful location, close enough to town for anything you would need, but still away from the traffic and noise. Located by the freeway exit that leads to Zions, Powell, Grand Canyon, it is very easy to find and close to most of the things we wanted to visit. My grandkids loved fishing in the well-stocked pond inside a pretty little park landscaped with desert plants. The clubhouse and pool were very nice, and close by. The townhome is brand new, big (4 bedrooms), well furnished and nicely decorated. I will certainly stay in this one again.

  • Just a note to express how pleased we were with our stay. The house is in immaculate condition, and the appointments - especially in the kitchen - were welcoming. Ive rented properties across Utah and around the world and our time in Coral Ridge was one of our most memorable stays. Thank you.
