Rejuvenator must stay!

Review by jerad t.
It was very clean, modern, and homey feel. The place had everything accounted for and even cooking ware. They don't like you to mess with the temperature controls but it was a little cold. It is on the outskirts slightly but it was nice because it seemed private and quiet.

Manager Response:
Jerad, Delighted you enjoyed The Rejuvinator so much. We want you to be comfortable, we have reminders for the settings as they differ from area to area and due to our climate if you turn the a/c to low the units can freeze up really easy. Next time just give us a call and we will be happy to make sure your all set. Make sure you let me know and I'll get you set up with a great returning guest rate. Great Trip out West!

Review by Kim W.
Made some last minute changes to our Grand Canyon trip and found this rental. Company was wonderful to deal with and place was very nice. Lots of extras in the unit, location was nice, pool was relaxing. Coffee on the deck each morning.

Estancia Resort

Review by Ed W.
Condo wasn't bad, the pool was dirty everytime we took our kids to swim. Yes there was some construction but put up a net or something to catch debris so it doesn't fly into the pool and fill it with ****.

Great Place to Stay in St George

This unit was very clean and new. It was well stocked and quite large. We loved the location which was quiet and far from the large crowds. The pool was nice for kids and overall we had a good visit and would come back.

Love St George!

Review by Peter C.
Easy process to book. Phone app made it easy with directions, room and pool codes, and even local restaurant and activity recommendations. The condo was nice and was clean. All we needed was a bit of shampoo and toothpaste as pretty much everything else was there. Washing machine was a bit noisy so just didn't do laundry at night. Brought my own basketball and pickleball equipment not knowing that the condo had its own. Great time for me and my family and would definitely come and stay here again.

Amazing

We could not have asked for a better location. It was close to everything but felt secluded. We were in town for softball tournaments and ended up hiking every morning in the hills across the street. There was also a mountain bike race that was an added bonus to watch. The condo had everything we needed. It was truely a home away from home. Before I booked I read reviews about the rules being to harsh...that is untrue. The rules are normal respectful things you should and would do in your own home. If you want to crab about taking your shoes off at the door and stripping your bed at the end of the stay, go find a hotel and keep this amazing condo open for everyone I'm going to tell about it and me. This truely is a gen. We used the hot tub and pool at night when the younger kids were not there. It was nice and quiet. There were a few rocks in the pool from kids throwing them in during the day but it didn't discourage us from having a nice dip. Great value for the price.

Our Stay: Feb. 4-7, 2017

Review by Nancy F.
This unit is beautifully appointed with many amenities. Though on the 3rd floor, it has an elevator. The price of cleaning fee was $99. This sounds somewhat high, especially when they ask you to take out the garbage, pull the linens, etc. This unit should provide Cable TV Service, but does not.

rejuvinator review

the unit was very nice new and clean. I was taken aback by the list of rules. I stayed the week before in a 5 star resort/condo in Deer Valley, Ut with no book of rules to follow.i was really amazed @ the temp to be set @ 78 that is hot in an area were the temperatures are close to 100! uncomfortable for sleepinghad some restless nights. also only netflex on t.v. seemed a little cheap no cable channels movie channels?the $ 90 cleaning fee I was expecting someone to come in and clean daily for that, plus the cleaning instructions prior to leaving was a first for me. I have stayed in apartments in other cities countries and I have never been asked to remove bedsheets linen , remove garbage also difficult to find in the dark no sign on street of of Dixie drive spent app 45 minutes to I hr tring to find

Great Unit

Review by Karen S.
This is a very well stocked unit. The management company was very responsive and great to work with. The only issue with this unit is that there is major construction going on next to the building and workers were there every morning starting at 6:45 until 5:00pm.

Spring Break/Daugters 16th Birthday Trip

More than I expected! This condo had absolutely everything we needed--even a waffle maker! A friend and I took our daughters and friends down to St George for a 3 day birthday party! The condo was spacious for the 6 of us...4 teenagers! The location was great--right by biking trails and the GreenValley Spa. The pool hot tub, courts, and balcony were great places to relax. The only negative was the construction next door starting at 7am. That was unexpected but I guess that's the chance we took vacationing during the work week.

Fantastic

Review by Jamie L.
The Rejuvinator was fantastic! It had all of the amenities promised, and was very clean. We would definitely stay here again, but preferably after the construction next door is finished. The only bad part was the construction noise that started at 7am.

Nice place, still working out some kinks!

Review by Rachael H.
The location and the rental property were both great! Perfect space, kitchen was well stocked, just as advertised. Very clean, well maintained. Could have used extra pillows and blankets but it was not a huge deal. But management left a lot to be desired. We were told that the pool was ready to be used and we would not need to drive to Green Valley for swimming. That was apparently not the case. We tried to call management to get info when we realized we needed a code to get into the pool and we got no response. We left text and voicemail messages and never heard back. We ended up driving to Green Valley but it was a very old and smelly pool that was overcrowded with families. We did not stay long nor did we go back. When we first arrived, we had still not received the code to get into the property and suggested contact method thru the app was unresponsive the entire day. We called the night manager and finally got the code but the locks were so hard to work we had to be brought a hard key the following day which meant we could not lock up at all when we left for dinner! Parking is also an issue. There are plenty of spaces but all guests have bigger vehicles with families and spaces are tight with poles for the awning. We dinged our doors more than once and ended up parking on the street. Overall the space was great and we would return but only after kinks with locks and communication get worked out!

Rejuvenator in Saint George, Ut

Review by Laurel G.
We came for a baseball tournament over President's Day. The weather was perfect. So was the condo. Great location, everything was new. Worked out really well. We had a little trouble at the beginning. The place was hard to unlock and lock. Also part of the power was out. But we figured it out and after, it was fine. The kids especially liked the Netflix on the tv.

Manager Response:
Hi Laurel, We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay! The pool will open next week, so on your next visit, that will be something to look forward as well! Our apologies about the new lock on the door. Since your stay, we have added special lock instructions on the app so that should help for next time! We are contacting you about your minor power trouble. This is the first time we have heard about this. We are glad that you were able to get it figured out. However, we would still like to talk to you to see if it was an isolated incident or if there is anything we can do to prevent it from happening again. Talk to you soon! Best, Team Red Rock Vacation Rentals

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US

  • Coral Ridge is one of our favorite locations in the St George area! Our recent stay in the Around the World unit was great! Plenty of space; newer accommodations; tastefully decorated! We especially enjoyed the lawn area attached to this unit--not available with most other units. We were near the pool, playground, and sports court. Kids loved fishing at the nearby DWR pond! Location is a short drive to Washington City food, Costco, movies, parks, and groceries. Took a day trip to Zion N.P., and another to Snow Canyon. Working with the staff at Coral Ridge prop management made the whole stay easy! She was easily accessible and prompt with responses. We look forward to staying here again.

    Aaron C, Oct 14, 2015

  • This condo is in a beautiful location, close enough to town for anything you would need, but still away from the traffic and noise. Located by the freeway exit that leads to Zions, Powell, Grand Canyon, it is very easy to find and close to most of the things we wanted to visit. My grandkids loved fishing in the well-stocked pond inside a pretty little park landscaped with desert plants. The clubhouse and pool were very nice, and close by. The townhome is brand new, big (4 bedrooms), well furnished and nicely decorated. I will certainly stay in this one again.

    Myron S, Oct 14, 2015

  • Just a note to express how pleased we were with our stay. The house is in immaculate condition, and the appointments - especially in the kitchen - were welcoming. Ive rented properties across Utah and around the world and our time in Coral Ridge was one of our most memorable stays. Thank you.
