A Cut Above

The place was better than we expected and our family of 6 adults and 3 kids under 5 had a great time. The fridge went out, which could have been a disaster, but so couldn’t even remove 1 star because the after hours desk and maintenance went so far above and beyond to accommodate us. They even offered us an entirely new place. However, we opted to use a cooler rather than repack and move our whole tribe…yep, we’re those people. Anyway, tons of fun memories for Mother’s Day and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

Having stayed in this neighborhood before, I was really happy to be over there again. The location is wonderful, and my friends and I all agreed that the townhome itself was wonderful! Great place to stay!

The house is very nice, with large bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. Perfect place for a family gathering. The bed was so comfortable that I took a photo of the label so I could look up the brand for my house. It is bit pricey but well worth the price if you have a large group. The kitchen was set up with all the necessities and a large spice rack.

This was a great place to stay. It was central to all the activities we had planned and there was a lot of room to spread out in the unit. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. The property managers were very responsive if we had a question. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Spent Labor Day weekend at A Cut Above (our rental) at Coral Ridge. Walked through the door and instantly fell in love with the place. 5 Large bedrooms, bunks for the kids, 2 balconies, plus everything was fully stocked. All we needed was food. We drove down the road about 5 minutes and arrived at Walmart, did our shopping and kicked back the rest of the weekend. Spending time eating together with extended family that we have not been able to do much of was such a great treat. watching movies together on the big flat screen TV's, Sitting outside on the swing... Everything was perfect!!! Couldnt have asked for a better weekend

On our first day we walked into a clean house with wonderful furnishings and fully stocked with everything we’d need to enjoy our stay. A Cut Above (our rental) was in a great area of Washington, Utah. Less than 15 minutes up the road was a Walmart to stock up on food, shampoo, pool toys, and anything else you’d need for your stay. There was also a wide assortment of dinning and entertainment options around, keeping it exciting and something new to do every day! Also in close proximity are many national parks which was an added bonus. The experience was one we will not forget, but if there’s anything to improve on, we asked a question in the ‘rapid response’ section of the app and never received word back. The only thing we found unclean upon entering was the waffle iron, and coming in the thermostat had heat downstairs and AC upstairs (no good for the system). Lastly, the cable didn’t work in the main family area but we were able to do without since there were only two of us. At the end of the day we had a wonderful stay with Red Rock Vacation Rentals and hope to be back in the future!

Hit sand hollow and quail creek reservoir, did a couple of hikes, and hung out with the family...good times

We booked last minute for a soccer tournament. What a great find! Everything was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. Kids loved the TWO pools at the clubhouse. There were plenty of pool towels, and even a picnic blanket we were able to borrow for watching soccer. When we couldn't find the pool key fob on our first day, a representative of Red Rock brought one to us the same afternoon. Great service.

Condo is close to sand hollow and St George. Great place, plenty of room and everything is in great condition. I’ll stay here again.

The rental was terrific! Very clean and well decorated. I had my volleyball team with me and everyone had a comfortable bed. The Jacuzzi was awesome after playing all day.

We had a great time in this lovely home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The home was clean and very relaxing. The children enjoyed the pool and the play yard which wasn't very far away.

The Good the Bad and the Ugly only came on behalf of my 16 person family who rented this house. We all had a great time! There was plenty of room to spread out so everyone wasn't on top of each other. The kitchen had ample space with all the large and small appliances for the most convenience. Our only complaint was that the ice maker wasn't working but it wasn't important enough for us to call for repair. We just bought ice. The beds were awesome! We fully utilized this home from the ample amount of towels for the pool to the outside area for a family BBQ one night. The TVs were great and the pool and spa area was not to be missed. we would definitely recommend this house to a large party in the future.

We loved our stay and the space we were able to enjoy. So much better than 3 different hotel rooms. We could cook our own food, gather in one space together that was comfortable for everyone and had a great time!
