Welcome to Adventure’s Base Camp; a fresh and new vacation rental ready to host your family’s next vacation adventure! You will feel right at home as you walk in to find all that you need for a comfortable vacation. From the wonderful gathering spaces with large couches to the fully equipped kitchen, you will enjoy the creature comforters of home while enjoying your stay in Southern Utah! You kids will love the bunk room, while the adults can cozy up in their king and queen-size beds!

Nestled in the heart of the red rocks of Southern Utah, Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of St. George's newest and nicest vacation communities! Enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer including pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, hiking/biking trails, lake fun, and everything in between. The 2 pickleball courts in the community are ready to use and a pool will be added in 2022! Until the pool opens, you can request passes to the Washington Rec Center.

Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such a Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Sand Hollow Golf, and more!

There is small trailer parking by the clubhouse and throughout the neighborhood, but it is on a first come first serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.

Easy and clean.
We booked this with plans to spend one day in St. George and one day in Hurricane. It was a perfect home base in between the two cities. We played in the rocks in St George, and rented RAZrs in sand hollow. The rental was so great for our large span of ages for two families. The adults got their private space and TVs in each room and living space was awesome for everyone to watch what they pleased. The bunk room was super fun for the small kids. They wanted to stay in there the whole time so the adults could visit. Most importantly it was super clean and smelled great. Not one thing awry with this property.

Great Stay!
This was our first time renting a vacation home! We had a great stay this last weekend! There were 15 of us, which included 7 adults and 8 kids! This home accommodated us PERFECTLY!! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! It'll be great once the pool opens so the kids have something more enjoyable to do! I will definitely be using more vacation homes in the future!!

Home was Clean!

The home was clean and had all the needed amenities, extra blankets, a TV in each room, fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down side is that the neighborhood pool is not completed yet. That will be an extra plus, once it's finished. (Also, I couldn't find salt and pepper. If it is not offered I would recommend adding to your inventory.)
