You will feel right at home as you walk in to find all that you need for a comfortable vacation. From the wonderful gathering spaces with large couches to the fully equipped kitchen, you will enjoy the creature comforters of home while enjoying your stay in Southern Utah! You kids will love the bunk room, while the adults can cozy up in their king and queen-size beds!

Nestled in the heart of the red rocks of Southern Utah, Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of St. George's newest and nicest vacation communities! Enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer including pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, hiking/biking trails, lake fun, and everything in between. The 2 pickleball courts in the community are ready to use and a pool will be added early in 2023 that will include a lazy river and splash pad! Until the pool opens, you can request passes to the Washington Rec Center.

There is small trailer parking by the clubhouse and throughout the neighborhood, but it is on a first come first serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.

We booked this with plans to spend one day in St. George and one day in Hurricane. It was a perfect home base in between the two cities. We played in the rocks in St George, and rented RAZrs in sand hollow. The rental was so great for our large span of ages for two families. The adults got their private space and TVs in each room and living space was awesome for everyone to watch what they pleased. The bunk room was super fun for the small kids. They wanted to stay in there the whole time so the adults could visit. Most importantly it was super clean and smelled great. Not one thing awry with this property.

This was our first time renting a vacation home! We had a great stay this last weekend! There were 15 of us, which included 7 adults and 8 kids! This home accommodated us PERFECTLY!! It was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! It'll be great once the pool opens so the kids have something more enjoyable to do! I will definitely be using more vacation homes in the future!!

The home was clean and had all the needed amenities, extra blankets, a TV in each room, fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down side is that the neighborhood pool is not completed yet. That will be an extra plus, once it's finished. (Also, I couldn't find salt and pepper. If it is not offered I would recommend adding to your inventory.)

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
