Great place for families! This was such a wonderful place to stay. Right next to the pool. I loved having a bathroom for each bedroom and some extras. Everyone had their own space.

We had all ages stay at this property. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there was plenty of backstock. It was great to be right across the street from the water park as well. Very comfortable and inviting home. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a stunning home that fits the needs of everyone in the family! We had 4 generations that took a little getaway and everyone had an amazing time!

We just returned from a great stay at Cloud Nine #104. It was the prefect house for our large family. The house is very nice and extremely clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It's very spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. We loved the large kitchen and two large gathering spots , with ample of room to all be together. This was the perfect location across from the slide and lazy river. We had the best time and will be back for sure! Thanks Red Rock Vacations Rentals for making our stay perfect.

This home was perfect for our three families that came. We have plenty of children and each bedroom comes with its own bathroom which allowed each couple to have their own bedroom and several children to have their own bedrooms. The house was very clean and easily organized to find what we needed in order to cook in the kitchen. It is also directly across the street from The waterpark which is great and easy for parents to take kids or come back for naps whenever needed. I would definitely recommend this home for family fun!

Great place to stay!! Would highly recommend. GREAT location with pools and slides right across the street. Quiet cul-de-sac. Each bedroom has own bathroom with 2 family rooms and big kitchen that is fully stocked. Only negative was ping pong table was broken and didnt' work We loved this place for our family of 15. Christine was very helpful in getting us early check-in. We will definitely stay here again

This was by far the best experience we've ever had with a vacation rental. The communication was absolutely amazing. The home was gorgeous and extremely clean and organized. This location was breath taking with the views, pools and easy access. Can't wait to get the fam back here soon! Stop your search now and book this house, you won't be disappointing.

The house is spacious and clean and a great location. We had a wonderful time and will come back here again.

The home was a perfect location for the new water park. But we will have to find a more affordable rental for our next family gathering. Our pool fob did not work, but others inside let us in. We found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and men's shirts in the downstairs bedroom. The maintenance man that replaced the batteries in the thermostat, was very kind and professional.

We gave the children this trip to St. George for Christmas 2018. Now in June of 2019 our lives have been so busy for all the wrong reasons that all of us were looking forward to this time to be together and away. The home could not have been more beautiful or clean. Plenty of space to do things together or find personal quiet time. Right across the street from a the best pool area ever. Spent most of our time there. Red Rock Vacations were wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. We hope to work with you again soon.

This home was our home base for spring break with our kids, a few cousins, and grandma. In all there were 13 of us. The home was perfect for our group. Everyone was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Everyone from our small to grandma enjoyed the fun pools and lazy river. It was a great launch point for mountain biking and hiking.

Loved staying here. Plenty of room and open spaces. Fully equipped. Across from water park. We had 5 couples. Loved that there is a bathroom connected to every room and 2 public half baths. Family room with game table upstairs. Equipment in garage for ping pong, Pickleball, and various other sports. Loved being able to park in garage. Loved parking available for ATV trailer close by. It is also perfect for multiple family gatherings. It was built with family and couple vacations. Not one thing was unthought of. Best vacation home I have ever stayed in.

We rented this house for a group of 8 golfers from Canada. Overall, we would rate the rental as a 9/10.The overall appearance of the house was very clean and the amenities met our entire groups' needs in terms of sleeping arrangements and other facilities. The house had more than enough room to accommodate our group. The description of the property is entirely accurate. The only knock we would point out would be that it's advertised with DirectTV/Cable. The satellite package was basic and we missed out on hockey/basketball playoffs during our stay. We would have gladly paid extra for an upgraded TV package.The house was very clean and well-maintained. It was also in a great location for our group that travelled to Hurricane, Washington, St. George, and Mesquite for our golf outings. Also, it was very close to a grocery store (Harman's) and a new sandwich shop (Capriotti's) that was a staple during our stay.We did not have to use the property manager during our stay. However, the communication before we arrived was top-notch. The use of the cell phone app for additional amenities was a nice added touch.In summary, we would most definitely rent this location again. We would certainly recommend it to any large group/family.

Such a beautiful home! We were there for a soccer tournament and had a few families staying with us. It was so awesome for each couple to have a master suite to themselves. Plenty of space for a big group so you never felt like you were stepping on each others toes. I especially loved the two living areas. It was so great to have a space for the kids to hang out while the adults were able to gather and hang out in a separate space. The kitchen was well stocked so we could do our own cooking. Proximity to the pool was great. Loved this house and already planning when we can go back!

Six master bedrooms is such a practical design, as is the large dining/living area. Our four families enjoyed foosball and ping pong. Groceries, St George dining, historic sites, worship services, and Snow Canyon were within 15 minutes drive.

with 8 bathrooms it gets a thumbs up; photos and description accurate; development so new not on map so did not know it would be so close to pool (convenient but noisy); no response from weekend contact number; the office did not have a spare garage door opener to replace the one taken home by the previous renters; would be nice to have 2 pool keys.

My family and I loved the home, the location, and the amenities. We had everything we needed to cook with, the management even sent pictures of the necessities, so I wasn't stressed about not having the right equipment use. It was perfect in every way.

Overall the property was a great place to stay. I do have complaints about the way the property management nickel and dimes you for things like an early check-in. An extra $25 per 2 hour block is fairly ridiculous considering we are already paying for a weeks stay. Also the fact that no matter how far out you book if you want to cancel this property you get no refunds. They keep all your money. Make sure you want to stay here before you book. The office staff was professional and friendly but I still don't agree with what they call "industry standard". I've never experienced any VRBO/Hotel/Motel that doesn't offer some refund if you provide enough notice and certainly haven't had to experience the extra charges for an early check in. Especially since the place hadn't been occupied since 3 days earlier, so not like they had some extra expense of a rushed cleaning job.

We had a fabulous time hiking in the area and loved the house. I would suggest that in the directions to the house you give the actual street address it is on not the N Paradise Village Dr. as the GPS just takes you to the loop and not back to the actual house. We arrived late and it was very dark so had a little trouble finding it. but other than that it was awesome.

This is a fabulous house! Spacious, clean, modern, and the perfect house to gather family and/or friends. Our travels included 12 people and we had room for so many more! A HUGE perk was the pool and sports area. We all played pickle ball (many for the first time) and found many friendly people on the other courts to help us learn the rules! We loved playing kick ball on the open grass and look forward to some sand volleyball the next time we visit! The garage was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy these activities plus so much more! The wagon really helped lug it all out to the sports area! This house is just what we needed including many kitchen appliances to help us with the meals we cooked in house. We will return!!

We stayed at this home for 4 nights and it was so perfect for our group. The home was amazing and had everything we needed. We will look to rent Cloud 9 again in the future, thank you, Clint

5 siblings and their spouses decided to take mom and dad to St. George for their 50th wedding anniversary. Cloud nine, #104 exceeded our expectations. It was so nice that every couple had their own bed and bathroom, no sharing. (We’ve tried that before). When in our individual rooms you couldn’t hear anything. We often wondered if everyone had left the house. We felt at home, some of us did not want to go home when the weekend ended. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub and were impressed with its visual appeal. Mom and dad were very grateful for the experience and would love to visit again. The only thing we could see that needed improvement was the bathtubs. They were very slippery and I almost slipped, twice. It might be a good idea to put some anti slip mats in those. Truly a fabulous place to get away.

We loved this property! It was clean, and we loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. It was a little hot on the main level (the air conditioner wasn't working well) and the cold water was just lukewarm. One other suggestion would be to have a DVD player in this home, but overall, we loved it and will definitely come back to stay again.

We loved staying here. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. We had so much space for everyone. Wonderful home. We are definitely going to stay here again.

We had our family and extended family stay in Cloud 9, for a total of 13 people. We all had plenty of space to spread out, plus an area to gather together. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Wonderful home, would definitely stay here again!
