Start your morning right with some exercise using the weight bench and yoga mat, or sit back and relax while practicing your piano skills! The backyard offers covered seating on the patio and a barbeque grill for some fun meals, and with Smart TVs throughout, you’ll feel right at home no matter what room you’re in! Essence of Europe will make your Southern Utah trip memorable each and every time you stay!

Nestled in the heart of the red rocks of Southern Utah, Paseos at Sienna Hills is one of St. George's newest and nicest communities! Enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer including pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, hiking/biking trails, lake fun, and everything in between. The 2 pickleball courts in the community are ready to use and a pool will be added in 2023 that will include a lazy river and splash pad! Until the completion of the community pool, we are offering reimbursement for passes purchased to the Washington City Rec Center. Please reach out for additional information!

There is trailer parking as you turn into the neighborhood on the right, but it is on a first come first serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Everyone had enough space to spread out separately and yet there is a lot of common area to hang out together in. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of extra blankets to use to watch movies and play games with. The location is very convenient to everything we needed in St George without having to deal with the local traffic right in the heart of the city. We enjoyed the pickleball courts and it looks like a nice pool is under construction next to the courts. We loved the hot tub and the nice kitchen to eat meals together at night. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would definitely stay in this development again in the future.

This was the perfect spot for our vacation. The home was great, and the back yard was the cherry on top! Planning on staying here again.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
