Marhaba is a bright, welcoming, upgraded family home with lots of fun indoors and out, including a private hot tub on the rooftop deck and whole-house speaker system.

Enjoy the luxurious king bed in the Master, a relaxing queen bed in the upstairs master, two twin over twin bunks and 2 twin sleeper mats in the third bedroom, and 2 T/T bunks in the fourth and a Pack-n-Play. Sleeps 12!


You will feel welcome the minute you step into Marhaba, after all, marhaba means welcome. It is an inviting home with beautiful decor from travels around the world. This lovely floor plan has plenty of living space. The main floor has a spacious great room with a large sectional and flat-screen TV for watching your favorite shows, sports, or a family movie night. A variety of games and puzzles await your family fun at the game table, which also hosts a great view of the pool.



The dining room table seats up to 8, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar, and the game table seats 4 more. The well-appointed kitchen is sleek and modern with stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop stove, and the stocked cupboards and pantry host all you need to prepare and serve up your family meals.



Enjoy the pool view from the patio just off the dining room with a grill for extra cooking options and cushioned patio furniture that seats 7. The half bath and an extra-large capacity washer and dryer are just down the hall leading to the master suite.



The master suite is bright and welcoming with its luxurious king bed, TV, and the large walk-in closet that holds the pack-n-play. Double sinks, a large step-in shower, and private water closet give the en suite bathroom a spa feel.



Head upstairs to the other three bedrooms and an amazing rooftop deck. The private hot tub, party lights, dual seating areas and fire table make this one of the favorite spots to hang out and enjoy the amazing mountain views or the brilliant stary nights. Stargazing from the hot tub is a must!


The large bunk room just off the deck hosts 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a TV with Roku, Xbox and Wii gaming systems, and a large bean bag chair. There is also an attached bathroom. You may never see the kids again! Two twin sleeper mats provide extra beds if needed.



A reading nook is just across the hall with another huge bean bag chair – the perfect spot to curl up with a favorite book or play on your electronic device. The second bunk room has 2 sets of sturdy industrial bunk beds just across from the upstairs full bath with tub and shower combo. The roomy and tranquil upstairs master offers a relaxing queen bed, comfy occasional chair, TV and a spacious en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.


The community has 2 sets of pools and hot tubs (one set right next door) for you to use as well as 3 pickleball courts. Use the pickeball sets in the garage to play this addicting game! There are so many trails for biking and hiking in and around Snow Canyon, you will love it. Zion National Park is just an hour away. Play a round at the beautiful Ledges golf course, just minutes away, or at the many other courses St. George hosts.
