Pitch Perfect is a luxury resort with high-end furnishings that will delight you and provide comfort as you relax and enjoy your stay in this new up-and-coming community at Copper Rock. This lovely home sits along the golf course and provides you with the sweetest views either from the home or sitting in the oversized hot tub! Pitch Perfect has lots of privacy, the only shared wall is the outside garage wall.
The main floor has a lovely great room with modern and sleek designs as well as throughout the entire home. Views, views, and more views from every window and deck. You'll love the elegant gas fireplace showcased in the living room. There is a step-out deck access from here as well. The gorgeous kitchen has all that you will need to prepare and serve your family favorites and there is a grill for additional cooking options. The 1st king master bedroom is located on this level too. It has a TV and incredible views and an exit to the deck as well. Enjoy sitting on the balcony and soak up the stars that shine in this beautiful location. The master bathroom is large, has double sinks, a soaking tub, and a step-in shower. There is a half bath located by the garage door.
Downstairs - you will find the other two bedrooms and a fun under-the-stairs llama-themed cubby for the kiddos that they can disappear into and enjoy. There are 2 love sacks that are made into 2 twin beds. The queen bedroom has a TV and steps outside to the hot tub! Great views from these bedrooms as well. Another TV is provided in this lovely room and just outside the door is a full bathroom. The second king master bedroom also steps out to the hot tub and patio living spaces. This quiet bedroom also has a TV and a full bathroom on-suite.
The patio and hot tub are outdoor living at its finest. It is landscaped beautifully and feels so private and open at the same time. Did I mention the views?!

Excellent stay right on Cooper Rock golf course. We used this for a 3 day golf trip and found it to be the perfect base camp for the area. This home was clean and well appointed, the management group was prompt and professional in their communication. We will definitely return!

This property is toward the foot of a mountain, pretty secluded but great to enjoy solitude and peace. Few miles close to 2 major grocery stores. The house is new, layout open, very clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Just check out their posted pictures to get a more detailed idea. Oh! the hot tub is so soothing especially after spending a long day in the nearby parks. We could have stayed longer. What a great experience!!!

Great host and wonderful house
We had a great time at this property! It was a quick getaway from winter and it was beautiful. We used the hot tub nightly. Contacting the property management company was simple and they were super responsive. We had a few questions on the hot tub remote. There was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out, and to be together playing cards at the table and watching movies in front of the fire! Thank you!

Great newly built house overlooking the golf course. Was nearby to Zion's and sand hollow. Kids had fun in the oversized hot tub . Overall a good experience !

Beautiful home in the perfect location. Hot tub was perfect. Knowing it is in an under construction development did not bother us at all. Wish there was a little more privacy from golfers teeing off as they could see right into the hot tub. We could not get the fireplace to turn on and there were no instructions on hot to use the hot tub but we figured it out. The living room sliding door looked to not latch/lock from the minute we walked in there was a piece that looked to be from that sliding door sitting by the fireplace.
Great place to stay! Once the construction in the area is complete, this place will be awesome. The crews were generally quiet while we were there.
House was great. Everything was beautiful, clean, well decorated, and new. Layout was great - nice kitchen that was well stocked - we are a family of 4 and everyone had plenty of room. The layout is probably best for smaller groups. Hot tub was huge - was nice to have at night. It could have been a little warmer, but not a huge deal. The home is next to the tee for one of the holes, but the course wasn’t super busy. All windows had shades with the exception of the patio door which was great as some of the surrounding homes were like fish bowls. There is lots of construction in the neighborhood, but didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again.
