Very responsive, the townhome was spotless. The help from the company after the wind with retrieval of the hot tub cover was amazing. Everyone was pleasant to talk to.

Loved our stay!
We had a great time! It had everything we needed! We had 6 kids and 2 adults and loved the house. We played pickle ball, enjoyed the private hot tub, lounges at the pool and enjoyed some amazing hikes at Snow canyon State Park which was so close! It was also far enough away from the busy downtown area but close enough to go play! We would definitely stay again!

Better than advertised
The property was so clean it almost felt like we were the first people to stay in it. We had 4 adults and 8 kids (two in cribs, so we had to bring one pack and play). The beds were high quality and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment and basic spices. I would guess there were 20 towels available for the pool and at least that many for the bathrooms/shower use in addition to hand towels. There were at least two clean crib sheets for the pack and play, and the master suites had at least 8 pillows in each, plus at least one pillow for each bunk bed. The internet was over 200mbps down AND up, so streaming videos to multiple TVs was not an issue. In April, the incoming water was warm enough that the water heater had no problem keeping up with 3 showers at a time for 30 minutes while we quickly cleaned 12 people after swimming or hiking. The hot tub was clean and nice. The propane fire pit on the porch was out of propane when we got there, but we didn't really need to use it so we didn't worry about it. We were able to park a 2005 Toyota Sienna in the garage with enough room on the sides to get out carefully, but we had to have the garage door open in order to open the rear hatch. A full size suburban fit in the driveway without hindering the sidewalk, though this property is right next to the pool which includes lots of guest parking that easily accommodates large vehicles. The cleanup requirements at the end were very reasonable. Strip the beds, start a laundry load of towels, clean the dishes, etc. Compared to some other VRBO properties we have stayed at, it really reduced a lot of the stress of checkout when trying to wrangle a bunch of kids after they have been playing, swimming, and hiking with friends for a few days. The pool area was really quite nice. It could get a little busy, but it really depended on the day while we were there. The hot tub is warm but not too warm and the pool was definitely not cold, so a great place for kids to play. And if t was too busy, having a private hot tub was a nice back up option. The first night we were there, the pool area was noisy right until it closed at 10 (but not noisy enough to keep the kids awake). Since this unit is the closest one to the pool, we were a little worried about the noise, but as soon as the pool closed, the entire neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, great for sleeping in too. The other nights the noise died down by 8).

It Was Completely Terrific!

This condo is delightful; our stay had every feel of seclusion and relaxation that we were looking for. At times we asked ourselves if we were staying at a spa or resort. The private hot tub made the stay exceptional; soaking while stargazing before bed, or enjoying morning coffee together, it was completely terrific. We loved the Ledges location away from the city as well, and we will absolutely be looking to return.

Incredible Stay!!

We just had an incredible stay at The Marhaba. I have to admit that I have high expectations when it comes to my vacation stays and every expectation was met or exceeded. We hope to stay again soon! The private spa on the second-floor balcony was a favorite! The property is impeccably clean and organized. Plenty of bedding, towels, and dishes/kitchen supplies. Every detail has been thoughtfully included. The location is perfect, right next to the pool and pickleball courts. One suggestion for owners is to tune up the bicycles as the gears wouldn’t switch. Other than that our stay was perfect!

The Entire Family Wants to Come Back!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the place. Convenient to pool and pickleball. Nice hot tub and balcony hangout spot. Easy to find, quiet community. A comfortable place to stay and hangout. The entire family wants to come back to this place next time.

Keep Coming Back For More!

Easy to check in and out, timely communication, well organized, good processes. All of these things add up to a fun, positive experience. We've used Red Rock now at least six times and plan on coming back for more.

We Loved It Here!

This house was clean and has a well-stocked kitchen with super nice pans and sharp knives. Beds were awesome! We loved it here!
