We’re incredibly lucky that the St. George dining scene continues to grow, giving visitors even more great places to enjoy during their Southern Utah getaway. Biscuit lovers will want to add The Biscuit Fix to their must-visit list! The Biscuit Bus was a local favorite food truck, and with their new brick and mortar location on Sunset Boulevard, the Biscuit Fix is attracting even more rave reviews. Their expanded menu has quickly gained attention for creative biscuit-based breakfast, brunch, and dessert offerings. 

Expect hearty breakfast sandwiches, Southern-inspired comfort food, scratch-made biscuits (their Grandma’s recipe), real southern gravy, and plenty of options to start your day before heading out to explore Southern Utah. We recommend getting there early, or ordering online, as biscuits can sell out! Open 7 days a week. 

The Salad Spot

For visitors looking for a lighter meal option, The Salad Spot has quickly become a popular addition to St. George's dining scene. This fast-casual restaurant specializes in customizable salads, grain bowls, wraps, composed of fresh ingredients that make it easy to enjoy a healthy meal without sacrificing flavor. Their convenient drive-thru also makes it a great option for visitors heading out for a day of hiking, biking, or sightseeing. 

The “Fruit Fusions” mix fresh fruit with sparkling water, and are perfect for a hot day. They also have a fun rooftop patio with great views - perfect for enjoying a healthy meal with red rock views! Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or a nutritious dinner after a day outdoors, The Salad Spot offers a refreshing alternative to traditional fast food. Open Monday - Saturday.

Kitchen Thai Express

The arrival of Kitchen Thai Express has given local residents and visitors another excellent option for authentic Thai cuisine, in a fast, counter serve setting. Guests can enjoy classic dishes like Pad Thai, curries, noodle dishes, stir-fries, and flavorful appetizers inspired by traditional Thai cooking. The food is fresh and cooked when your order is put in - you won’t find soggy noodles that have been sitting all day here!

This new restaurant adds even more international flavor to St. George's growing culinary landscape, and it’s a great budget-friendly alternative for visitors looking to take a break from burgers and sandwiches. Don’t miss the mango sticky rice for dessert! Open Wednesday - Monday.

La Patrona

Known for its authentic flavors and vibrant menu, La Patrona serves a variety of Mexican favorites including tacos, burritos, enchiladas, fresh salsas, house specialties, and breakfast dishes served all day. One of the most unique new restaurants in town is Noodles & Dumpling Co.. This food truck-turned restaurant (the food truck can still be spotted around St. George!) specializes in handcrafted noodles, dumplings, soups, and Asian-inspired comfort food.

The restaurant growth in St. George shows no signs of slowing down. Two major restaurant announcements have generated considerable excitement among locals and visitors alike.

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse

One of the most anticipated additions to the St. George restaurant scene is Ruth's Chris Steak House. Known nationwide for premium steaks, upscale dining, and exceptional service, Ruth's Chris will bring a new fine dining option to Southern Utah. This restaurant is planned as part of a larger commercial development on the south side of St. George. Stay tuned for an opening date!

Rodizio Grill

Also expected to join the local dining scene is Rodizio Grill, a popular Brazilian steakhouse known for its endless tableside service of grilled meats, gourmet salad bar, and festive atmosphere. The addition of Rodizio Grill will provide visitors with another unique dining experience while vacationing in St. George. While no official opening date has been confirmed, it is actively under construction alongside a new Ruth's Chris Steak House.
