We want to help you answer any questions you have regarding your stay with Red Rock Vacation Rentals. Whether you’re curious about check-in times or what to bring on your stay, you can find all the information you need below.

When are the check-in and check-out times? + -

Check-in time is at or after 4 pm. An early or late check-in time will not be allowed unless prior approval and fees have been applied to your reservation. Management cannot approve until 2 days before check-in. Please notify us prior to your stay if you would like an early or late check-out for an additional fee.

Check-out time is promptly at 11 am. Guest(s) agree that late check-outs are subject to an additional night’s rent being charged automatically unless prior approval has been given.

How do I request an early check-in or late check-out? + -

Please contact Red Rock Vacation Rentals at least 24 hours prior to arrival for early check-in or late check-out authorization. There is a $25 an hour fee for an early check-in or late check-out.

What is your cancellation policy? + -

If you booked through Red Rock Vacation Rentals:

At the time of booking you are given the option to add on our Reservation Guarantee. If you add this, you will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made.  If you would like to add on this option post-booking, you can do so up to 24 hrs after the reservation was made. 

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.

A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

These companies have different cancellation policies, please contact the company that you booked with directly to cancel your reservation.


Vrbo guests can contact Red Rock Vacation Rentals directly to request a cancellation.

Are pets allowed? + -

No. Pets are not allowed in vacation rental properties unless the property is designated dog-friendly. The dog fee is an additional $200 per reservation.

Is smoking or vaping allowed? + -

Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed in any of our vacation rental properties. Additional cleaning fees may be added if smoking or vaping occurs.

What fees do guests pay? + -

The following fees are included in the total price:

  • Damage protection policy
  • Cleaning fee
  • Community resort fee

How do I get into the home? + -

All Red Rock Vacation Rentals are keyless entry. Guests will receive door access codes via email 7 days prior to the arrival, as long as the rental agreement has been signed. Please contact Red Rock Vacation Rentals for any issues getting into a rental property.

Are toiletries and other complimentary items included? + -

Yes, for a 2-3 night stay. Every unit is stocked with items such as basic toiletries, trash bags, detergent, linens, and towels. How quickly you go through our complimentary items will be dependent on the number of people staying in the unit and the duration of the stay. When supplies run out, we encourage you to purchase supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Can the sleep count number be exceeded? + -

No. Please ensure that the number of guests staying in the unit does not exceed the sleep count listed on the property.

Who has access to community amenities? + -

Each guest staying at the vacation rental will have access to community amenities. This does not include family members, friends, or visitors who are not sleeping in the unit.

Will there be boat, trailer, and RV parking? + -

Casitas at Sienna Hills: There are 4 parking spots for a trailer near 1239 N Casita Hill Loop.

Copper Rock: Trailers are allowed on the streets during the duration of guest’s stay.

Coral Ridge: No trailer, RV, or boat parking on-site.

Desert Color: No trailer, RV, or boat parking on-site.

Dixie Springs: There is RV parking on the side of the home and trailer and boat parking in the driveway.

Encanto: There is small trailer parking by the clubhouse and throughout the neighborhood, but it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.

Escondido: There are 13 trailer parking spots along Cascada Way that are first come first serve. There are also additional regular parking spaces throughout the community that are first come first serve. Escondido guests are permitted to use the lot in Paseos Community if needed.

Estancia: Not designated, but there is a large parking lot adjacent to the building.

Ladera: Additional parking by the community pool and by 427 N Ladera Dr.

Las Palmas: Additional parking can be found at the end of the road in the dirt area.

Ocotillo Springs: Trailer parking is by the pickleball courts.

Paradise Village: There are two parking lots for boats, trailers, and RVs.

Paseos: Paseos allows for street parking, but no overnight street parking. There is a large parking lot to the right just as you enter the community for trailers. There are a few trailer parking spots, as well as regular parking spots, throughout the community that are first come first serve.

The Ledges: There is on-street trailer and RV parking on Ledges Pkwy.

The Lofts: Trailer parking is on the dirt lot at the entrance.

Town Center: There are 4 longer stalls in the middle of the community for first-come, first-serve parking.

Are there pool towels in the home? What are the pool hours? + -

Yes. Pool towels are provided for you inside of the unit. Pool towels that are provided are for use at the community pool only and are not to be taken to any nearby lakes, rivers, or water parks.
