When is check in and check out?

Check-in time is at or after 4:00 pm. Early or late check-in time will not be allowed unless prior approval and fees have been applied to your reservation. Management cannot approve until 2 days before check-in. Please notify us prior to your stay if you would like an early or late checkout for an additional fee.

Check-out time is promptly at 11 am. Guest(s) agree that late check-outs are subject to an additional night's rent being charged automatically unless prior approval has been given.

What is your payment policy?

We require 50% of the total rental amount be paid at the time of your reservation. The balance of your total reservation cost is due 30 days prior to your check-in day. If you make your reservation 30 days prior to check in, we require that payment is made in full via MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and Amex.

Boats, Trailers, and RV.

Please see the rental agreement for specific community rules. In some communities, unfortunately, the HOA does not allow for Boats, Trailers, and RV to be parked on the street or driveway.  If you have questions call the office Mon - Fri 8:30-5pm. 

Are Pets Allowed?

Pets are strictly not allowed in our rental properties unless the property is designated pet-friendly. Steep fines will be charged to your card in the event of non-compliance with pet violation. Please see your rental agreement for details. 

Do you have a cancellation fee?

If you choose to cancel your trip, there is a half total cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to your stay. There are no refunds for cancellation after 30 days to your check-in date.

Are your homes smoking friendly?

No smoking or vaping is allowed in any of our rental properties.

Do I need to bring anything?

Linens, pillows, blankets, most cooking supplies, and utensils are provided for the number of people your rental accommodates. Please bring condiments, coffee, coffee filters, and spices.   Some vacation rentals do have a hairdryer. Please inquire about this before arriving.
