What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is at or after 4:00 pm. Early or late check-in time will not be allowed unless prior approval and fees have been applied to your reservation. Management cannot approve until 2 days before check-in. Please notify us prior to your stay if you would like an early or late checkout for an additional fee.
Check-out time is promptly at 11 am. Guest(s) agree that late check-outs are subject to an additional night's rent being charged automatically unless prior approval has been given.
How do I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Please contact Red Rock Vacation Rentals at least 24 hours prior to arrival for early check-in or late check-out authorization. There is a $25 an hour fee for an early check-in or late check-out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before check-in will not receive a refund on the initial payment. Cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.
Please note: If you have booked with Airbnb or an Expedia Partner, please contact the company that you booked with directly to cancel your reservation. VRBO reservations can be canceled through Red Rock Vacation Rentals.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in vacation rental properties unless the property is designated pet-friendly. The pet fee is an additional $150 per reservation.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Additional cleaning fees may be added if smoking or vaping occurs.
What fees do guests pay?
The following fees are included in the total price: damage protection policy, cleaning fee, and community resort fee.
How do I get into the home?
All Red Rock Vacation Rentals are key-less entry. Guests will receive door access codes via email prior to the arrival. Please contact Red Rock Vacation Rentals for any issues getting into a rental property.
Are toiletries and other complimentary items included?
Yes. Every unit is stocked with items such as basic toiletries, trash bags, detergent, linens, and towels. How quickly you go through our complimentary items will be dependent on the number of people staying in the unit and the duration of the stay. When supplies run out, we encourage you to purchase supplies for the remainder of your stay.
Can the sleep count number be exceeded?
No. Please ensure that the number of guests staying in the unit does not exceed the sleep count listed on the property.
Who has access to community amenities?
Each guest staying at the vacation rental will have access to community amenities. This does not include family members, friends, or visitors that are not sleeping in the unit.
Will there be boat, trailer, and RV parking?
There is absolutely no on-street parking.
Arcadia: Yes, there are designated parking areas near the clubhouse and on Arcadia Dr. near units 45 & 46 for boats, trailers, and RVs. You can also park trailers in the driveway.
Casitas at Sienna Hills: No, but additional parking lots may be developed in the near future for boats, trailers, and RVs.
Coral Ridge: No
Dixie Springs: Yes, there is RV parking on the side of the home and trailer and boat parking in the driveway.
Encanto: Yes, there is small trailer parking by the clubhouse and throughout the neighborhood, but it is on a first come first serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.
Las Palmas: Yes, there is RV and trailer parking, but we must have one week's advanced notice. No boat parking available.
Ocotillo Springs: No
Paradise Village: Yes, there are two parking lots for boats, trailers, and RVs.
The Ledges: Yes, there is on-street trailer and RV parking on Canyon Tree Dr. and Ledges Pkwy.
The Lofts: Yes
Town Center: Yes
Block Storage, our preferred partners for additional storage, offer storage units for $10 a day! Block Storage is located in Hurricane, Utah, and is conveniently close to Quail Creek and Sand Hollow State Parks. Please call 435-414-9989 to reserve your spot!
Are there pool towels in the home? What are the pool hours?
Yes. Pool towels are provided for you inside of the unit. Pool towels that are provided are for use at the community pool only and are not to be taken to any nearby lakes, rivers, or water parks.
