In less than ten minutes, you can be on the water with the kayaks and paddle boards at Fire Lake Park, or drive a little farther to Gunlock Reservoir for an afternoon

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, which includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad! Upper pool and hot tub/Kid’s Cove hot tub, heated year-round. Lower pool, Kid’s Cove, and Lazy River are seasonal and over holidays.

There are two parking lots for boats, trailers, and RVs.

Exactly what it says and what is pictured. Had tons of things to do, and a great neighborhood. Harmons is two minutes away. We would come back.

The house is EXACTLY like it is in the pictures & as described. Beautiful location with market down the street with a couple of restaurants to choose from. Each bedroom had their own bathroom along with an extra bathrooms in each floor. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and they made sure that our stay there was INCREDIBLE! The house was huge and we only had 6 people in our group. So everyone pretty much had their own rooms We highly recommend this place if your planning a trip to Zion or other local places. We will be planning another trip next year & will love to use this place again. Thank you for making our family stay better then expected

This house was wonderful. We loved walking to both community pools, and playing the pickle ball courts. The house has very spacious living areas, including two family rooms and a huge outdoor deck. We had nine people with us, and felt we had plenty of room to spread out. We would stay again, the next we visit the St. George area.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.
