Nestled in the heart of the red rocks of Southern Utah, Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of St. George's newest and nicest communities! Enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer including pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, hiking/biking trails, lake fun, and everything in between. The 2 pickleball courts in the community are ready to use and a pool will be added early in 2023 that will include a lazy river and splash pad! Until the pool opens, you can request passes to the Washington Rec Center.

There is small trailer parking by the clubhouse and throughout the neighborhood, but it is on a first come first serve basis. You can also park trailers in the driveway.

We loved staying in this new townhome. It is a beautiful property and is close to so many great areas of St George. It has lots of space and great amenities and is well stocked. It was very clean. We would stay here again for sure.

we loved the house, every room has it's bathroom, they have all the utensils in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. They have games for the kids and we loved that.

We came down to St George from SLC to mountain bike and it was amazing to have such a gorgeous house with all the amenities one could desire including a lime squeezer and waffle maker! The garage was great to have a place to store our bikes. 2 sets of washer/dryer for laundry was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it.

This house was perfect for our group of 10. The house has high quality finishes throughout with what appears to be professional-level staging with thoughtful accents and artwork throughout. The beds were comfortable and the kids really liked the quad-bunk bed setup in one bedroom. Internet was solid with around 100 gb upstream and downstream; no issues connecting to Wi-Fi or the internet connected tvs located in essentially every non-bathroom in the house. The kids really liked the basketball game in the garage and the foosball table & air hockey game upstairs. If you need a house where the kids can have their own space to a certain degree, the loft upstairs ended up being a great area for us for just that purpose. This property is located close to several major natural parks with short drives to literally anything you need. Great house with great amenities! The pool was under construction during our stay but it’s March so not really an issue. The Washington Rec. center is a legit pool option for indoor/outdoor swimming with a fairly extensive indoor rec. facility (basketball/normal gym equipment/free weights/walking and running track, etc) that is located nearby at around 10 min +/- drive West of the house. The community pickleball courts are great and are lit up until 10 pm. The best part of the vacation is being far enough away from the city for quiet nights but close enough to enough activities to never be in the car for more than 15-30 min. Highly recommended!!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
