Welcome to Dacotah Sunrise! This brand new 3 bedroom rental is the perfect place to gather your family and friends to enjoy the incredible amenities offered at Desert Color! From the pristine resort-style pool to the 2.5-acre lagoon, your stay will definitely be one for the books!
Tastefully decorated throughout, you will love the cozy kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you’ll need! Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and plush bedding. On the top floor, you’ll find the loft with 2 sets of full bunks across from a flatscreen and a Nintendo switch to keep the kids entertained while you relax. Enjoy the upper deck patio, perfect for sunbathing or star gazing! When you are ready to hit the beach at the Lagoon, be sure to grab the beach chair and sand toys! If you’re in the mood for something more adventurous, stop by the Rental Center near the pool and rent a paddleboard or kayak to explore the beautiful waters of the lagoon.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. This will ensure not only your safety but the safety of the construction workers.
