We recently stayed at this property and it was absolutely perfect! I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. It was extremely clean (and I am extremely picky), it had all the desired amenities and more. The views were incredible and athere was a beautiful golf course extremely close. The kitchen was stocked with everything and more that we would ever need! I gave it five stars. It was perfect!!! I highly recommend it!

We stayed previously at a property just around the corner from this location so we are familiar with all the terrific things to see and do in St. George. However, I was not prepared for how wonderful this particular property is. It was exceptional in so many ways including the quality of the amenities, as well as the general feel of the home. As soon as you walk in, you can sense that the owners have put a lot into the property so it feels like you are staying at a place where the owner cares personally for your enjoyment. For example, each bedroom is decorated with personally taken photos of specific African animals so there is an elephant room, a zebra room etc. Kids love that! Then, in the gathering rooms there are wonderful and carefully constructed photographs that are really works of art. The living space is huge, the kitchen and meeting areas allow for large family gatherings, the pool is so inviting especially the water temperature. Then, you throw in all the attractions that St George offers, and we ended up with a never to forget enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Great house that sleeps a ton. We especially enjoyed the theater room and the big kitchen. Were a bit disappointed in the state of the pool when we arrived as it clearly hadn't been serviced after the last guest and was very dirty and basically unusable.

Our family wanted an opportunity to gather all the kids together. They are cousins who don't often get the chance to see each other, as our family has spread out to other states. This was the best vacation ever! The kids kept calling the house "The Mansion ". No one ever got bored. So many things to do. Red Rock staff was awesome! Very responsive to our calls and the maintenance team was very courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend Red Rock to others.

We had a large group, this home is well stocked with towels, cooking equipment, dishes, everything you need to entertain! The 4 car garage is great to keep your cars cool while staying. We loved the pool and hot tubs. The community amenities are amazing also. Pickle Ball , big water slides, and the lazy River are perfect! Definitely recommend this place and will be back.

My siblings and I booked this last minute for my nephew’s funeral. It was super clean and so roomy. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids loved the animal themed rooms, bunk beds, theatre room, game room, and pool of course. We enjoyed going through the owner’s photography book from her trips, the pictures were stunning. We hope to stay here again in the near future. Definitely recommend it!

My wife and I just spent four amazing days at home #67 at Paradise Village with 10 of our friends. We each couple had a private bedroom with its own bath. The amenities were excellent with a fully equipped kitchen. The private pool and two hot tubs right at the home were an added bonus to the Kids Cove Water Park. The pickle ball courts are just steps away. I was pleasantly surprised to have a four car garage. The large screen TVs and Theatre room helped make this friend's vacation one to remember. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family or friend gathering.

This is a great place! We really loved it. We went there with a bunch of family and everyone fit comfortably.. The kitchen is huge, the dining room table seats a ton, and the living room is large & spacious. We had a great time sitting around playing games, socializing and walking out to the private pool & hot tub. The home is super close to the Tuacahn Amphitheater - where we watched a couple of concerts. It’s also super close to a large grocery store and other retail stores. It was really clean at check in and our whole party said their rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place….you can’t go wrong.

I was blown away by this property as soon as I walked in the door, and it just got better from there. It’s beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The large two-story great room makes it feel incredibly spacious. There is a huge fully-stocked kitchen with large dining table (seating for at least 12) and another six barstools at the big island. There’s a humongous comfy sectional and plenty of additional seating plus a piano, fireplace, and big screen TV. That’s just the beginning. The private pool and hot tub in the backyard are extremely inviting. I loved lounging there in the sunshine as well as soaking in the evening. Six of the bedrooms are beautiful master suites with their own bathroom. High quality newer bedding and towels throughout! I slept soooo comfortably! The bunk room is adorable and looks like so much fun! Add on a big game room and theater room plus a large deck (with second hot tub) and gorgeous views! I can’t think of a single thing I would add to make this better! Location is prime. It’s within Paradise Village in Santa Clara, within walking distance of a nice grocery store, and close to the sites. We hiked, visited pioneer rock, golfed, attended the Tuacahn Ampitheatre, and dined at a few restaurants, but mostly I loved being in this “home” away from home. We had an incredible stay. I highly recommend and plan on returning soon.

I don't want everyone to know about this place, so it will be available for us in the future. This is a spectacular gathering spot for families or a corporate retreat. Fabulously appointed, first class furnishings, artwork , kitchen , dining , entertainment options, location. It has it all, not just a Million Dollar View, but a Million Dollar housing and gathering option. Can't recommend more highly, or wait to book again.

Most winters we stay in Paradise Village but Unit 67 has the best heated pool and hot tub. Even though it was probably the coldest winter yet the kids spent tons of time in the pool. And the house had everything we need. Tons of blankets and every kitchen gadget you could want. Everything worked perfectly. We loved this home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. It was so convenient to the Tuacahn and Snow Canyon State Park. We loved having our own private pool and jacuzzi. It was so relaxing to just float around and not have to be around people I don’t know in the pool with me. I also liked the lay out of the bedrooms and the common areas( kitchen, great room and theater room). Plenty of room to sit and eat in the kitchen. The family/ great room has lots of room to visit with family. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfy. I liked the large shower in our private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking. Great place for a family get together. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation rental unlike any other! Comfortably housed our group of 20 adults without ever feeling cramped. The private pool was used every day and was by far the favorite feature of the home, closely followed by the theater room and kitchen. Loved our stay here. Everything was so well organized. The home is very spacious and was fantastic for an extended family gathering. Everything seemed new. The Theater room is amazing. Good wifi throughout the house. The 6 pickleball courts (2 min walk away) was an added bonus. The kids pool with water slides opened while we were there - very nice facility. There is a Harmon's grocery store very close by and is within walking distance. The backyard pool got lots of use and was warm. This place has it all.

This home is very welcoming with beautiful, comfortable furniture has a great floor plan. We enjoyed gathering around the table for meals - the cooking space in the kitchen is ample to have several people cooking as well as 2 dishwashers to clean up all the dishes! We really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub which were so relaxing! The bedroom was well - layed out with a large closet and storage space and the bed was very comfortable! I loved the warm super soft blanket! There are 6 pickleball courts in an adjoining park which makes playing very convenient! The home is centrally located to super market, shops, restaurants, mountain bike trails and several community pools and waterparks. We loved this home and hope to be back soon!

This place has everything!!! There is so much space for everyone. The kitchen is perfect and having the smoker is even better. Having your own pool and hot tub is so nice!!! We had a big group and the house was quiet when you are sleeping and everyone else is up and going. I loved that there are blankets all over so you can wrap up. I wish I could live in this place because it is AMAZING!!! Grocery store in walking distance and beautiful views wherever you look.

I stayed here with a large group of friends for a weekend get away. The common areas were large enough to accommodate us all at once for meals or for just lounging around. Each room was beautiful and calming and had its own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were out of this world - a beautiful space for day or night time use. The house was located in a beautiful area, minutes away from hiking trails and other outdoor activities, but still close enough to town in case you need to buy anything. I definitely recommend staying here and would love to come again!

Absolutely loved this place! The hot tub and pool are amazing! The hot tub has a heat boost that responds rapidly so you can enjoy it for hours and control temperature. The whole place is gorgeous but the kitchen was set up for a large group so everyone was always a part of the conversation and included. All of the bedrooms had their own bathroom and shower and had plenty of privacy if people needed some quiet. The theater room was so fun too! We had the best time! Loved our stay!!!

I stayed in this house with some friends and I can honestly say that it was the best experience in a rental that I have ever had! The house has everything you could want. The backyard was amazing and so much fun with the pool and hot tub combo. The was very clean and everything was in good condition. The location is super convenient with so much in the area to do if you can pry yourself away from the house. We will definitely stay in this house again!

This was an awesome place to stay. It was so clean and accommodating. Our king size bed was amazingly comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The open floor plan made it possible for our entire group to enjoy conversations, movies and meals together and since we cooked most of our meals, the two dishwashers and two refrigerators were particularly useful. The pool and Jacuzzi are sparkling clean and the two French doors between the pool area and living room allow you to enjoy it whether you’re outside or inside. Again, we highly recommend this place and hope to be able to come again soon.

A large group of us stayed here. It was a great location, close to a grocery store and a few restaurants without feeling like it W’s in the heart of the city. The two hot tubs and pool were amazing. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and it felt like the comfort of home. We even used the Traegar smoker. It had everything we needed. I’d love to stay here again!

This property is such a great place to stay. The layout of this house makes it great for groups and larges families to stay. The way that each room is designed with an On-Suite bathroom makes it feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort and to add on the two hot tubs with the pool and the views those make it just such an amazing place to stay. I really enjoyed all the activities on the property while we were there it gives a great variety of things to do for any group. Also Tuacahn, Zion's and Snow Canyon are a short drive away and just great attractions to visit.

This home is amazing. The floor-plan is well thought out to accommodate many families. Huge, well equipped kitchen, very open to dining and living room. All bedrooms are master-suites. The kids "bunk room" is a kids dream! We loved the theater room with comfortable seating. My husband didn't want to leave the adult "play room". Air hockey and a video arcade console with its 150 games could keep anyone busy. The private pool and spa were so enjoyable we didn't want to leave. I can't say enough about this beautiful, modern, very clean home. Lastly but so important to us are beds :). This home has such comfortable beds with crisp sheets and pillows that make you want to stay in bed all day. Staying here was a 4 Seasons Hotel type experience!

Great house with awesome amenities. We loved using the pool and hot tub the entire stay. It’s very close to plenty of outdoor exploration and shopping. The house is very big and fits a large group. 10/10 would stay here again. And the owners are pretty dope. Bring your group here and play. I promise it’s worth it.

This was a wonderful home to stay in. It has tons of amenities and is so close to so many adventures you can’t even count them. With pickle ball courts directly behind the house along with a wide open field it’s wonderful for people who like to get out and have fun. With national and state parks close by the possibilities are endless and I guarantee you won’t have enough time to do everything you want. After a full day of activities this house provides the perfect place to unwind for the day with a pool and 2 hot tubs to relax in. It also includes a movie theater room that is very user friendly. You can also connect to your own streaming sources like Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus and many more. I personally am planning to come back here yearly if not more to enjoy everything this house and area has to offer. Plus, the price for everything that is provided is exceptional.

Loved this place! The owner/management company has thought of everything and stocked the house very well. The towels are plush and the pillows fluffy and there’s lots of blankets to cuddle with, all things I appreciate! The pool is beautiful and was a perfect space for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. Thank you!

This home is wonderful. Not only is the layout perfect for a big group, but it is also luxurious which is difficult to find with big groups. Everything you could possibly need is provided, more than regular rentals, the pool was perfect too. Not to mention the beauty when sitting in the hot tub at night. It was gorgeous and a favorite activity after hiking all day! I honestly don’t have any plans to stay anywhere but this home when I visit st George. This really is worth it.

I'm always someone who wants to come home after a long day of adventures and sit in a nice hot tub. The pool/hot tub situation is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The pool is saline based, so it doesn't hurt the eyes, the pool is warm, and the hot tub is hot! We had such an amazing time hanging out with our kids in the pool after long days of hiking. There are so many adventures around the area, ranging from Snow Canyon to Zions and everything in between. This house is perfect for any size group, and can comfortably fit many families together. We'll be going back many times!

I stayed here with a group of friends and we seriously had the most amazing time ever! The pool and hot tub are so fun and soooo pretty!! The pickle ball courts are all so really nice and so convenient! I would highly recommend this place, seriously so worth and such a good time!!

We are the owners of Million Dollar View. We have had the home for four years. We recently have moved management companies and lost all of the reviews that went with the home for the last four years. Million Dollar View was booked solid from March 2020 thru August 2020. It has had 5 star ratings the last four years. The home is very clean. Million Dollar View comes with many amenities for families with small children. A private pool and an additional jacuzzi was recently added to the home. This unit is absolutely breathtaking! The pool with the lighting above at night is to die for. This is such an amazing place to gather as friends or family. Book this early! I'm sure it will fill up quickly!!
