North Shore Villa is a waterfront-themed rental in the heart of the Desert Color community! With access to the gorgeous Lagoon, you’ll be able to experience a one-of-a-kind beach day in the desert!

**The Shores Resort Lagoon and beaches will be closed for extended maintenance and repairs 9/5/2023-11/30/2023. The Shores Resort Pool and hot tub will remain open and heated, as well as NoMad’s pool deck cafe. Due to this closure, nightly rates have been reduced 20% (reflected in the current pricing) and resort fees have been reduced by 65%. This 5 Bed / 5 Bath home is dog friendly, meaning you don’t need to leave anyone back at home! There’s no shortage of water activities for you to try with the provided kayaks and paddleboards, community pool and hot tub, and of course the resort Lagoon standing mere moments away from the home! Take in the beauty of the scenic views from the comfort of your private hot tub, or while exploring the resort with the provided bikes! When you’re ready for some R & R, you can head upstairs to play some NBA Jam, relax outside around the fire table, or use your favorite streaming service on any of the Smart TVs! The possibilities are endless and you deserve the break, so make sure your next getaway is incredible at North Shore Villa!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Bring your loveable pets with you! This property is dog-friendly and defaults with an additional pet fee to each reservation. If you want to book this property but are not bringing a pet, please give your host a call after booking and we can remove that charge for you.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. The carport is on a first come first serve basis shared with the casita. The garage is solely for the main house use. Additional public parking spots are available on Marilla Street.
