Desert Color is St George's newest development off of I-15 and exit 2. The development has an amazing resort area with a swimming pool/hot tub and an incredible lagoon where you can kayak, paddleboard, and swim, all surrounded by a sandy beach. Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, ATV riding, and only 45 mins from Zion National Park.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
