Pearl Beach B at Desert Color places you right on the shoreline with effortless beach access and beautiful lagoon views throughout the home. Start your mornings overlooking the water, spend your afternoons just steps from the sand, and return to comfortable gathering spaces designed for easy connection and relaxation. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this retreat is perfect for families and groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime simple, while the open living areas provide a welcoming space to unwind after a day in the sun. Grill dinner outside on the BBQ or head out on the included paddleboard for a relaxing paddle across the lagoon.
Please note this unit is one of three adjoining residences with shared walls; however, each has its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience. The lagoon beach access gate is shared with guests of Unit C.

The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
