Please note Units B and C are part of a three-residence building with shared walls; however, each residence maintains its own private entrance for added privacy and convenience.

The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
