Welcome to an incredible Lagoon-front rental in the heart of the Desert Color community! Persian Palms will have you questioning if you are in Southern Utah, or somewhere in the Caribbean. As you enter the home, your eyes will be instantly torn between gazing at the gorgeous open plan living/kitchen space, or the incredible floor to ceiling accordion glass doors that lead out to a beautiful patio space and your private entrance to the Lagoon. This rental is equipped with everything you could want for a true getaway experience. Enjoy a private hot tub and a large king master suite, and a fully equipped kitchen. Your little ones will enjoy the jumbo Connect 4 game while the adults can compete in a little competition around the ping pong table or out at the sand volleyball court. With a hammock swinging outside and a fire table to enjoy, relaxation will be calling your name while staying at Persian Palms!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
