While you might find yourself playing at the resort and lagoon all day, you will also adore this Pirate-themed home so much! Spacious and beautiful, there are 2 living spaces outside, one including a private hot tub. The 2nd-floor deck has a fire table, comfy cushioned patio furniture, and a TV to enjoy as you soak in the hot tub. Two inflatable paddle boards, family fun games, and a Pac-Man arcade game add to the awesome rental. It even has an electric car charger in the garage. Just outside is a grill and patio table for even more dining options to enjoy.
Upstairs you will find a kid's dream come true in the loft with bunk beds, an X-box, and toys and games! The captain quarters bunk room for more fun, a relaxing bedroom with a queen suite where the mermaids hang out, and another king bedroom suite. The second-story deck has lots of room and patio furniture for soaking up some rays or enjoying at night with the fire table going.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
