Explore the amazing Promenade Sky Deck on the fourth floor for a beautiful view of the community, with a hot tub accessible only to building guests, firepit, comfy seating areas, BBQ, picnic tables and restrooms. The Promenade is the newest and one of the closest condo buildings to the Shores Resort Lagoon, sandy beaches and the Desert Color Welcome Center with a heated resort pool and over-sized hot tub.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, 6 community pickleball courts, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
