From the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen to the rooftop deck patio and hot tub, you will find everything you need in this vacation rental. With its 5 bedrooms, you’ll find the space you need to spread out and relax, or gather together at the large dining table for a family game night! Feel free to use the pickleball equipment at a local park, or sit back and enjoy a movie on one of the large flat-screen TVs.
Once you’ve enjoyed all that this rental has to offer, you will find yourself just steps away from the gorgeous Shores Resort and its community pool and lagoon! With roughly 2.5-acres of surface area and white sand beaches, the Shores Resort lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon will be the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Resort pools, beaches, nightly rentals, and homes surrounding the lagoon offer a lifestyle of relaxation and recreation. Come visit the amazing Desert Color community today!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
