With easy access to sand dunes, reservoirs, and Zion’s National Park, outdoor adventure is right at your doorstep! The homes offer luxuries and entertainment galore, so whether you're relaxing at the pool, kicking up your feet to a show, or competing with the myriad of board games, video games, or tabletop games, you’ll find exactly what you need to make this vacation memorable! Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!

Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Pecan Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity. We stayed at The Whole Cake for a week for a family reunion. We had 45-50 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The bunk bed rooms were very convenient for cousins and kids that all wanted to stay in the same room. The rooms with larger beds were great for the adults. The kids loved the game rooms, pools, and hot tubs. The living space was great as well. We never felt like we didn't have enough room with the amount of people we had. The location of this property is great for outdoor recreating. We found ourselves playing at the lake, the sand dunes, hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, etc... There are so many things to do at the residence and outside of the residence. One of my favorite things about the property is the amount of parking spaces for a large group with toys. We had two boats and wave runners with us. The larger garages for the boats were perfect and the large driveways and other garages fit most of our vehicles. We had a blast!

We Loved Red Rock Vacation management, but we really enjoyed staying at the Whole Cake! We enjoyed it and ate it all up!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
