Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley—an up-and-coming, resort-style community designed for adventure and relaxation. Now open, Pecan Valley Resort features brand-new water amenities including a wave pool, lazy river, waterslides, and pool, all designed to deliver fun for guests of all ages.
We’re thrilled to share that our vacation rental guests have been graciously granted access to these amenities—with up to 12 complimentary wristbands per day, available at the front desk (waiver required). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a 15% discount, exclusively for vacation rental guests.
Current Resort Amenity Availability: Guests currently have access to the family-friendly hot tub, kids' splash pad and water slides, Surf Air (12 PM–4 PM), and sports simulators and pool tables (11 AM–7 PM; simulators are $35/hour). These amenities are open Wednesday–Monday and closed Tuesdays. Surfside Grill is open Thursday–Saturday from 9 AM–3 PM and Sunday from 10 AM–2 PM. Additional amenities are expected to open as community enhancements continue. Availability, hours, and access are managed by the HOA and are subject to change without notice.
