Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, which includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!

There are two parking lots for boats, trailers, and RVs.

It was so fun for my grandkids and the rest of us with the private pool and splash pad, playground equipment, barbecue pit, and basketball/Pickleball court all to ourselves! Then we could walk next door to the water slides and lazy river. It was pretty hot while we were there so it was nice to entertain everyone without driving anywhere! The arcade games on the upper floor were a big hit also!

We just returned from a great stay at Paradise Playhouse 108. It was the perfect house for a large group, as we gathered multiple families for a family reunion. The house is very nice and extremely clean. It's spacious, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Add in a large kitchen and two large gathering spots, and there was ample room to be together, while also having privacy. We have rented a number of houses over the years and none of them had as many entertainment options as this house. There were TV's in every room as well as Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch, and arcades throughout the house. We spent hours in the private pool, playing pickleball and basketball on the sport court, and sitting around the large firepit. This will be our go to in the future when we are in the St. George area.

This house was great for our extended family reunion. Plenty of comfy beds, bathrooms, and fun things to do. Grandkids enjoyed the private pool, hot tub, sports court and play set. We loved being so close to the community splash area and lazy river. The house is in a great location, is well stocked and there is plenty of room for a large group. We would definitely stay there again!

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.
