This home is within steps of a 2.5-acre lagoon in the new paradise of Desert Color with white sandy beaches and adjacent to a huge grass area. Your entire group is going to feel right at home when you walk into this new rental, boasting with so many extras. Whether you are spending time in the beautiful outdoor space, or in the fully equipped kitchen prepping meals after a day playing in the sand, Casa De Luz is ready to have you sit back and relax and enjoy the vacation you’ve been dreaming of. Enjoy 3 king master suites, 2 incredible bunk rooms, and a detached bedroom area that doubles as a movie theater. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

We had our Annual Family vacation this year at this fabulous property @ Desert Color thru Red Rock Vacation Rentals and we loved it‼️ Our place was big and had enough rooms to accommodate our big crew of people!! We were SO close to the Lagoon, just a minute walk to get there which made it so easy for all the kids to go back and forth + for the parents to be able take the kids back for naps food and time outs when they were needed! The Lagoon is HUGE - you almost have to see it to believe how big it is. It never felt crowded even when there were a lot more people there Saturday thru Labor Day Monday! Beach volleyball was fun too! Our place had 2 small kayaks, 2 bigger kayaks & 2 paddle boards that were really easy to transport via “wagon” back and forth to the pool each day. Lots of fun stuff to do close by in St George, Snow Canyon, biking - hiking! We would highly recommend the BIKE PARK in St George/Santa Clara - the little kids & the big kids & adults had the best time there. Go in the evening after 5pm and the sunset + back ground of red rock mountain will be your favorite pictures!! & It was beautiful drive over from Desert Color!! The staff at Red Rock Resort Rentals were really great, easy to work with and helpful + they were fast & responsive whenever we had a question! We can’t wait to go back and are already planning our next trip back with Reagan who was EXTRA fabulous, kind and super helpful! If you get to work with Raegan on your Red Rock Resort Vacation Rental you will be well taken care of!! She was awesome!

Went here for a girls’ trip to celebrate graduating from nursing school and had an absolute blast. It made all of our girls’ trips dreams come true! I will definitely be coming back with other groups. The lagoon was stellar, the rooms amazing, and the staff incredible. Such a fan!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is beautiful and well appointed. We kept remarking how well stocked the kitchen is. I love to cook for my large family and often find that rental houses are lacking in what we need, but not this place. There are plenty of plates, silverware, cookware, and kitchen gadgets, and everything is high quality like you’d have at home. We loved the layout of each bedroom having a bathroom and tv, plus the large gathering areas for meals. There are so many activities in the community that we almost didn’t have time to do it all. The lagoon is just a few steps away, and the paddle boards were fun to try. We also chilled out in the hot tub at night and the grill was great! My only feedback is that the community is still being built and is a little off the beaten path as growth continues to develop at this interstate exit. There is a Top Golf type place a quick drive away but no restaurants or shops yet. Will come in time. Perfect big family rental!

We loved our stay! The home had everything we needed from pool towels to cooking tools. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. We also loved the paddle boards and games in the garage. All around incredible stay. We highly recommend!

We were a group of 8 women and stayed at this beautiful home for 2 nights. We all had our own beds and had everything we could possibly need. The property is very clean and comfortable. We were walking distance to the lagoon and all of the awesome amenities of the resort. I highly recommend staying here if you’re considering something in the area!!

Host was always quick to reply to any of our needs. House was beautiful and very clean. Every room has a bathroom!! The hot tub was clean n ready and the lagoon was a 5 min walk. The lagoon was beautiful and worth every penny. This airbnb was perfect for my family getaway. This is definitely a must try spot🙌

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.
