We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We had a great stay. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and very spacious (We were able to accommodate 3 families). The place had everything we needed to feel at home, and was a short drive to all the sites we wanted to see in Saint George. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful house. The space was absolutely what was promised . We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Saint George.

Beautiful home, that accommodates multiple families. We loved staying here. It was a great location, close to lots of things. The home is immaculate, very inviting, and comfortable. The owner has thought of everything. Lots for kids to do, board games, video games, ping pong, pickle ball, football, and volleyball. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Two master bedrooms and lots of beds for the kids. It is definitely a great place to getaway and relax! I definitely recommend staying here, and we plan to come back!

I had the pleasure to stay at this location and was an absolutely wonderful experience! It offered everything we needed and the location was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, made our stay super enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place for you and your family.

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.

Without the Reservation Guarantee, absolutely no refunds.
