Nestled in Snow Canyon, this new darling home is perfect for your Southern Utah visit. Explore Snow Canyon Park on hiking and biking trails, utilizing our 4 bike cruisers! Sunset at Snow Canyon home offers you a tranquil place to enjoy. It's new, clean, and beautiful and boasts comfy indoor and private outdoor living spaces. The first level has a spacious great room with a large sectional sofa with built-in recliners and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is bright and beautiful and has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. It is stocked with all you need to prepare and serve your meals and don't forget to use the barbecue grill outside. There is barstool seating at the counter for 4. The dining room has a huge farmhouse table and can seat up to 8. There is an adorable nook with a table and seating for two. The master is located just down the hall, it is large and has a king bed, a fold-out ottoman that can sleep one, a walk-in closet, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. There is a half bath and the washer and dryer are located on this floor as well.
Upstairs the loft area is set up with the cutest bunk room and beds that sleep up to 7, it has a TV and another bathroom. The bunks are triple bunks and 2-day beds each having a twin trundle. There are two more bedrooms each having queen beds and one is a second master bedroom. There is a full main bathroom upstairs as well. Every bathroom has its own TV. Get ready to enjoy your sunsets outside on the deck. There is a huge patio sectional sofa and a chair to stretch out on and relax sitting around the fire pit in the evenings and enjoying the spectacular sunsets or soaking up some wonderful sunshine during the day.

Beautiful home with comfortable beds and bedding. Clean and updated. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics and ample dishes for guests. There is a waffle iron, griddle and toaster. The triple bunk bed is fun for kids. In the same room is 4 additional twin beds. The view from the upstairs deck is a nice spot for some sun. Neighbors are kinda close to each other. Garage is pretty narrow so only a small car would fit. Pool is down the street so plan on a bit of a walk to the pool or use the bikes in the garage to get to the pool more quickly. There are plenty of pool towels available with the home. There IS a road behind the house. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms are by the road. It isn’t super busy but it is a main road. There’s minimal car sounds from those 2 rooms. The master main level and bunk room are super quiet though. Outdoor patio by the BBQ is visible to the road, so no sunbathers out there ☺️ Overall a relaxing and wonderful place. A home away from home.
We had a check in problem and Cheyenne resolved it quickly. This is the second time staying at one of your properties and we will be back next year.
This place was awesome. It was clean and nicely decorated The pool and pickle ball courts where clean and close by. All the neighbors here were friendly. Up stairs deck did have sand on it from the wind but other then that it was fabulous!!

We enjoyed the beautiful property. Kids loved pickleball and the pool. It's just far enough away to be out of the business of the city.
Awesome place! Great views, close to the pool and pickle ball. Plenty of space with all the house hold things you may need. Would definitely stay again!
Very nice, extremely clean and very big. Worked great for our stay. Very close to the club house with a great restaurant. The only thing was there was not a coffee pot only a Keurig.

Three of us stayed here for a couple of nights to play golf. It's right by The Ledges golf course. Great community pool and tub. Clean place with plenty of space.
We loved staying at this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own beds plus extras! It was great and right down the street from snow canyon.
