Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Elim Valley, a community designed to provide a unique Southern Utah vacation experience! This green oasis in the desert showcases tree-lined streets and luscious fields overlooked by contemporary vacation rentals. Featuring 2 pools, a large spa, a splash pad area, and pickleball courts, this luxurious resort is perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many outdoor adventure sites!

There is no overnight street parking for any vehicles/trailers in this community. Any boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, recreational vehicles, or other such vehicles cannot be stored or parked on any portion of the property except within an enclosed garage. Please reach out to the host prior to booking with any parking questions!

Additionally, while staying in this property as our guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more!

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Elim Valley Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. So gorgeous!!! We loved our stay here! The kids loved the bunk rooms and we all loved having our own private bathrooms. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with cute landscaping. The house is so clean and the pool was the perfect place to spend our days! We even walked over to the community pool that has a giant hot tub! Can’t wait to stay here again! Our family’s favorite spot!!

We stayed here over spring break with our entire extended family. There was so much room! We loved how every room was connect to their own bathroom, the kids favorite part was the bunk room. They loved that they could all stay in one room with all their cousins. We had our own private pool which was great! Plenty of room for everyone in the family room and kitchen. We love taking our RZR with us and it is so close to sand hollow that we could just ride from the house! And close enough to St George that we could go to town for dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was the nicest place we have ever stayed on a vacation! It was super clean everywhere, it was beautiful through out, more room to roam than I've ever seen. Our whole family went on this vacation and with 12 people its like no one was around, you had so much space to do things. The swiming pool was wonderful, the outside setting around the pool was perfect with plenty of space for family's to be. Way plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare food when you dine in, and close enough to all the happenings of the surrounding cities to go out to what ever dining experiences your looking for. Also your super close to all the surrounding lakes, golf courses, National and state parks, and the many other things you can attend while staying in the St. George area. We've told all our friends about this rental, and would recommend it to anyone!!!

Reservation Guarantee

Our reservation guarantee allows you to book a trip with confidence. You will be entitled to refunds and rescheduling options not otherwise provided to guests who have opted “out” of this program. Without the reservation guarantee you will have a zero cancellation policy and zero reschedule policy. There will be absolutely no refunds unless Red Rock Vacation Rentals is notified within 24 hours of the reservation being made. 24 hours after booking, should you have to cancel your reservation at any point, for any reason, you will lose what you’ve paid up to that point. By not purchasing the reservation guarantee, you will accept that you forfeit all monies paid if you have to cancel your reservation.

The Reservation Guarantee allows for:

A full refund 15+ days prior to arrival for 2-5 bedroom properties.
A full refund 45+ days prior to arrival for 6+ bedroom properties.

For cancellations made outside of the 45 or 15 days, Red Rock Vacation Rentals refunds the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the reservation guarantee (which is only 7% of the total rent).

For cancellations made inside of the 45 or 15 day time frame, when refunds are no longer available, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 12 months, but no monies will be refunded. After the 12 months, all monies are forfeited.
