Had an issue when we first checked in, Cheyenne with red rock made things right and we had a fantastic weekend at a great location.

Was very clean and large. Was easy to get to, close to the highway, and close to sand hollow. There was even some parking spaces that were long for a trailer. Only small thing I didn't like was the pool table was not slate, and un even. I would definitely take my family in the future.

Wonderful trip to Zions and the surrounding areas. The townhome was awesome and in great shape. We loved it.

We enjoyed the home, especially the back porch.

This home has everything you need for a spectacular vacation! The location is perfect for taking advantage of the beauty of Utah. The house is spotless, very well appointed, decorated fabulously, and has so many extra special touches: pool table, ping pong, Wii, books, games, drip & keurig coffee options, crockpot...the list goes on. The owners have thought of everything. My kids were fully entertained and my husband and I enjoyed the beautiful mountain views with wine by the balcony firepit. Just pack your clothes and swimsuit, the rest is ready for you!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this beautiful vacation home with a great view of the local mountains. The home was equipped with everything we needed, even to the smallest detail, to make our stay most comfortable including top of the line linens, bedding and towels. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including items that you would not expect such as waffle and rice makers, that just made us feel so at home. We grilled on the barbeque and prepared several meals and did not want for anything. The home was clean from top to bottom, beautifully decorated, lots of TVs, and plenty for the family to do when not enjoying the local attractions, including a family play area stocked with books, board games, a Wi, table tennis table, and a pool table. We especially loved relaxing on, and the view from the upstairs patio. The community pool and Jacuzzi were very enjoyable and a great place to recuperate between hikes. The rental was easily accessible from the freeway, and perfectly located for enjoying the local attractions including Zion National Park, Bryce Cannon, in addition to various hikes, e.g. Snow Canyon. Also, the home was only a couple of exits away on the freeway to all the stores and restaurants you could want. We cannot recommend this vacation home highly enough and cannot wait to go back!

We had a great time staying at the Coral Springs Resort. It was a nice property, with a great location and great amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table.

We had a wonderful time. Super comfortable. House had all we needed. Great location. Red Rock was amazing to work with and helped us with our accommodation. Jan was so kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving at Zion Experience! The house was stocked very well with lots of toys for the children. I would like them to supply more ping pong paddles (one was broken), pickle ball equipment for the court, salt, more laundry detergent, and clean rags. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved the home. It was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. I wish we had had more time and better weather to enjoy the decks, but the stay was comfortable and we'll stay here again for sure!

Perfect for our family! Clean, spacious, and entertaining. We will definitely book here again!

Quick trip to Utah for baseball and we were VERY impressed with this rental. My family of 4 shared it with another family of 5 and there was PLENTY of room to spread out and relax and have fun. Loved having two patios, and the kids couldn't get enough of the ping pong and pool tables. Definitely will book this unit again!

Wonderful accommodations with superb access to wonderful hiking and entertainment

Lots of room for our whole family. Plenty of activities for the kids.

Stayed here over MLK weekend to springboard into Zion. About 45 minute drive to Springdale or 25 minute drive to Kolob Canyon entrance. Nice setup for our 2 family situation with younger kids, and half the price of anything equivalent in Springdale.
